218.2 -1.8 lbs from Monday -65.8 lbs in total I wasn’t going to weigh myself today since I had to weigh myself for Monday’s progress pics but I think I should really get back into the habit of weighing every Wednesday.  Having a weekly goal and keeping myself accountable had really helped me out before, and with my new amazing scale, there really isn’t an excuse not to do it....

Plans for the day:
Zombies, Run!  I’m supposed to have a rest day today but I really want to keep playing so I think I’ll just do an easy run.  I’m addicted! Work. 7-8 hours.  Yeahhhhhh. Tandoori Fresh with Babz <3  Channa Masala, Chicken Tikka Masala, fresh Garlic Naan… Ahhhh, my mouth is watering already.  Maybe that easy run should be a training run lol.

You know it's been too long since the last gym...
you forget the combination to your lock and have to ask the girl at the front desk to break out the bolt cutters so you can get your stuff out -______- Lucky for me, the girl at the desk and I are kind of gym buddies so it wasn’t THAT embarrassing but still…  I’ve been running at home and at the park so I’ve been MIA from the gym for about 3-4 weeks.  Apparently...

Just got done working for the day. Finish the RM game! Gonna eat a good lunch Read for fun a little bit Do some homework  Run! I think I’m going to finish paying off my credit card this week, FINALLY!  I’ve been saying that for a year already but it’s really gonna happen within the next week or 2 :D

to study for my bio exam tomorrow. afterwards, 4 mile run to make myself feel better. then finally, sleep for 293423095 hours. *also, i was eating a red velvet cake pop but had to throw it away because it was basically a big ball of bland crap.  i was so disappointed.
